1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We strive for absolute accuracy in our pricing and product details; however, should an error occur, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections.

2. Orders

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or due to stock availability.

3. Payments

• Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available secure payment methods (PayFast, EFT, etc.).
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and courier service.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the specified address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Fault Goods

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Items must meet the conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy to qualify for a return or refund.

• Faulty or defective items are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect care does not qualify as a defect.

At The Ballet Box, your safety is our priority. Please ensure that all dance equipment, particularly pointe shoes, is properly fitted and used as intended. While we stand by the quality of our gear, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value & quality of the items purchased.
